From start to finish

Since 2020, our collective’s interior designers help you succeed when redesigning, renovating or restructuring your house or apartment in RIYADH.

Project request

You submit a project request through our contact form to contact the designer selected for you based on your needs.

Phone appointment

This first exchange with your designer by phone will be an opportunity to discuss your design project as well as your functional and aesthetic expectations.

Meeting onsite

An on-site meeting will be an opportunity to consider design solutions, the technical aspects of your project as well as an initial budgetary approach.

Specification and supervision

You will be able to continue the collaboration with a specifications study then site supervision (partial or complete mission, your choice, without commitment).

Interior designer fees

STEP 1
  • Meeting your interior designer
  • 180SAR per hour
  • Refunded if the meeting is followed by a mission
STEP 2
  • Specifying your interior project (by tier)
Surface ⩽ 40 m² 170 SAR / m²
Surface from 41 to 80 m² 160 SAR / m²
Surface from 81 to 120 m² 150 SAR / m²
Surface ⩾ 121 m² 140 SAR / m²
STEP 3
  • Supervision of interior design works
  • 9% of the total works amount

Partial or full mission, your choice, without obligation. Prices excluding VAT. First meeting / Partial mission (Study): 20% VAT. Full mission (Study + Coordination): 10% VAT
